New management for Eversheds effective April 2012

Outgoing chairman Derek Rabin, who extended his initial contract from 6 to 18 months, will be stepping down and handing over to Lavery Modise.

At the same time, May-Elaine Thomson, currently chief operating officer, will become our new CEO, and our financial manager Paul Labuschagne will be promoted to chief financial officer.
