Penny is admitted as an attorney, conveyancer and notary. Her practice focuses on providing advice to developers, corporate clients and individuals on all aspects relating to property deals and developments, including implementation strategies relating to the acquisition and disposition of property.
She is also involved with the preparation of all agreements and conveyancing documentation for transfers, mortgage bonds, subdivisions, consolidations, township development, sectional title development, leisure, fractional and retirement developments, deceased estate and trust transfers, servitudes, as well as all aspects of general notarial practice.
