Hayley specialises in commercial litigation, insurance and banking litigation.

She was seconded to our Cardiff office for five months in 2010, where she represented some of the UK’s major financial institutions in respect of professional negligence claims.

Hayley’s recent experience includes:

• Advising Tyco International (Pty) Ltd and specifically ADT Security (Pty) Ltd on civil and criminal litigious work.

• Handling the insurance litigation of one of South Africa’s major banks.

• Representing the underwriters of one of South Africa’s major insurance companies.
