Dave is admitted as an attorney, conveyancer and notary. His experience covers all aspects of property law, with a special focus on property developments (sectional title and township) and everything relating thereto.
His recent experience includes:
- Advisor to a property listed company in respect of all aspects relating to the acquisition, disposal, development, restructure, financing and/or redevelopment of properties.
- Transfer of a number of immovable properties and cession of various notarial leases in multiple deeds offices as part of the disposal of certain timber operations of a listed company, total value of the transaction ZAR228milllion with the immovable properties and notarial leases constituting ZAR68million thereof.
