Lerato specialises in commercial, labour, public sector litigation, sports law and insolvency law. He has been involved in several high profile cases including representing the former premier of Gauteng in a maintenance trial. Lerato was involved in a multimillion rand pension fund dispute on behalf of one the firm’s corporate clients.

He is a member of the South African Society for Labour Law (SASLAW) and the Gauteng Law Council.
