City specialises in commercial law, with emphasis on project finance, public private partnerships and corporate governance. He has been a member of several presidential commissions and was an Acting Judge of the Witwatersrand Division of the High Court.
His recent experience includes:
- Advising clients on public private partnership concession agreements, financing of P3 projects, water projects and electricity projects.
- Advising clients on compliance with King III as well as the new Companies Act.
- Advising an international financing house on project finance loan agreements in the amount of ZAR2 billion and another client on loan agreements of ZAR200 million.
