  • Advising a former Miss South Africa in respect of a damages claim arising out of the unlawful use of her image for advertising purposes. The High Court matter is still pending.
  • Advising and acting on behalf of a foreign national against a major bank and an international fraudster and bringing an action for banking fraud and banker negligence. The High Court action is still pending.
  • Acting for a well-known soccer player in bringing a damages claim against a South African Football Club. The hearing before the PSL is still pending.
  • Acting for the joint liquidators in bringing section 424 proceedings against directors of the company. The matter is still pending in the High Court.
