Practice notes

Arnold heads the firm’s wills and deceased estates department. He has co-authored the lecture notes used nationally at Practical Legal Training (PLT/LEAD) in South Africa for courses on wills and the administration of deceased estates.

Arnold lectures for the Law Society of South Africa, Legal Education and Development School for Legal Practice, to law students in preparation for their Law Board entrance examination on wills and the administration of deceased estates. He has been appointed as a moderator by the Law Society of South Africa for their wills and estates admission examination for four consecutive years. Arnold is also the chairman of the disciplinary committee of the Fiduciary Institute of South Africa (FISA) and is a Fiduciary Practitioner South Africa (FPSA).

He is a regular guest on radio and television programmes.
