Andrew is admitted as an attorney South Africa and as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of England and Wales. He specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including contractual disputes, insolvency, commercial recoveries and property related disputes.

His recent experience includes:

• Acting on behalf of a major bank in High Court litigation emanating from a large pyramid scheme where the matter settled favourably for the bank.

• Successfully defending a High Court action brought by the State IT Agency against a high profile individual.

• Acting on behalf of an IT company where we instituted a High Court action against the State IT agency with regard to licencing of software and roll out thereof.

• Acting on behalf of a private company in an arbitration against a private investment bank relating to the sale of shares.
