Charles is a former merchant banker with extensive experience in project and export finance. His specific roles included structuring and arranging of finance and, in the larger projects, syndication of senior debt among local and international banks. As a result, he has an in-depth understanding of lenders' requirements and their approach to risk and risk mitigation.

He has extensive experience in the finance, construction and power sectors and has conducted numerous seminars on project finance.
