Felicia specialises in all areas of employment and labour law. She has substantial litigation experience and acts on behalf of corporates, government and trade unions in the Labour Court, at the CCMA and at bargaining councils.
Some of her clients are the South African Broadcasting Corporation, Multichoice, South African Revenue Services, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Home Affairs, Nozala Investments, National Empowerment Fund, Gauteng Partnership Fund and the National Energy Regulator of South Africa.
Felicia specialises in:
• Advising boards and CEOs on executive employee exits
• Drafting and advising on Human Resources Policies
• Drafting and advising on service level agreements and employment contracts
• Drafting and advising on the enforcement of restraint of trade agreements
• Advising on restructuring
• Advising on section 197 transfers in mergers and acquisitions
• Conducting human resource due diligences in mergers and acquisitions
• Litigation on behalf of clients in the Labour Appeal Court, Labour Court, CCMA and bargaining councils
• Providing training to clients on all aspects of labour relations and health and safety issues
She has been quoted in the media and written articles on employment and labour law in numerous publications, such as the Sunday Times, the Sowetan, Business Law & Tax Review and Clasa Incorporate. She is a member of the South African Society for Labour Law (SASLAW) and a committee member since 2010.
