Deon is an experienced attorney who specialises in civil litigation with a special emphasis on personal injury matters. He is the head of the personal injury team at Eversheds. The team comprises a range of experienced attorneys with specialist personal injury knowledge focusing on defendant litigation on behalf of the Road Accident Fund, all aspects of product liability (as well liability of suppliers in terms of the Consumer Protection Act), insurance, medical malpractice, and all aspects of public and state liability.
