His recent experience includes:

• Acting for the City of Johannesburg in negotiating the settlement of disputes and the redevelopment of a commercial property in Newtown of ZAR900 million, which will include a new shopping centre, restaurant and theatre.

• Acting for a large JSE listed company who is a diversified leasing, industrial, construction and mining equipment importer and distributor and a major player in the plant hire sector with an asset worth of more than ZAR10 billion.

• Acting for various companies, including a major bank, in dealing with their large litigation and collection of unpaid debts.

• Acting for City of Johannesburg Property Company and other medium sized companies dealing with their commercial and residential property disputes.
