Mahashini’s expertise includes drafting a wide variety of commercial agreements including sale of business, property and shares agreements, shareholder’s agreements, various types of lease agreements, and ante-nuptial contracts.
She is also involved in commercial property transactions associated with and related to oil and gas operations and infrastructure expansion, and in preparing agreements relating to service stations, specially designed leases and servitudes and co-operation agreements relating to property developments which include service stations.
Mahashini is a member of the Black Lawyer's Association.
