Jeff has many years of experience in commercial notarial and mortgage bond registrations. He has been a member of the preferred panel of attorneys of all the major banks for the past 30 years. His main practice areas are property law and conveyancing, including transfer of residential and commercial properties, drafting and registration of mortgage bonds and notarial bonds, and the drafting of ante-nuptial contracts and wills.

His experience includes:

• Representing BoE Private Clients who instructs the firm on various financial solutions for high net worth individuals and corporates. Deals vary in size from tens of millions to several hundreds of millions.

• Representing Investec Private Bank who instructs the firm on financial structures for large development bonds for their corporate clients.

• More recently representing the Bank of China in securing finance for developers of one of the largest residential golf estates in the Gauteng region.
