Introduction
We offer clients an in-house one-stop service on exchange control related matters, from strategic planning to the drafting of appropriate agreements, through to the preparation of applications to the Financial Surveillance Department of the South African Reserve Bank.
Our exchange control team provides sound advice on all aspects relating to the purchase and sale of foreign currency, cross-border transactions and international trade, the export of goods and capital, income transfers, immigration and emigration.
